TEDxBayshore Blvd

Role: Social Media & Content Lead | Event Marketing & On-Site Execution

 

Objective: Building TEDxBayshore Blvd’s digital presence from the ground up to drive event awareness, engagement, and ticket demand

 

Execution:

  • Built and executed a full social media strategy across Instagram and LinkedIn

  • Produced and edited promotional content for 9 speakers and 8 sponsors

  • Collaborated with speakers, sponsors, and event teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice across all touchpoints

 

Impact:

  • Grew Instagram from 0 → 72 followers and LinkedIn from 0 → 168 followers

  • Generated 10K+ impressions and a 13% engagement rate across 25 LinkedIn posts

  • Contributed to a sold-out event with 100+ attendees

  • Two talks selected as TED Editors’ Picks (awarded to less than 1% of TEDx talks)

ADS Warrior East

Role: Marketing Intern | Event Promotion | On-Site Execution | B2B Marketing

 

Objective: Driving brand awareness and on-site execution for GDX Development at ADS Warrior East, a closed defense industry event serving military, government, and first responder audiences

 

Execution:

  • Developed marketing and promotional assets aligned with company messaging

  • Built working knowledge of government and defense technology terminology to support messaging and prospect conversations

  • Supported on-site execution, including booth setup, attendee interaction, and real-time content capture

 

Impact:

  • Contributed to a strong on-site brand presence at a large-scale, 1,500+ attendee industry event

  • Facilitated attendee interaction through live event coverage and direct engagement

  • Strengthened understanding of B2B event marketing, logistics, and cross-functional coordination

Global Access Partnership Trip

Role: Event Marketing & Logistics Support | Travel & Cultural Immersion | Global Brand Perspective

 

Objective: Supporting coordination for an 8-day international academic program in Chile for 19 university delegates

 

Execution:

  • Developed a 40-page program manual to guide delegates through travel schedules and on-site expectations

  • Researched local culture to recommend activities and dining options while supporting participants in navigating cultural expectations

  • Maintained and updated a daily Google Doc tracking travel schedules and key details to ensure alignment throughout the program

 

Impact:

  • Contributed to a seamless international program experience for 19 delegates

  • Strengthened skills in coordination, cross-functional communication, and global program execution

  • Demonstrated the ability to manage complex, multi-day initiatives with strong attention to detail

Lori Allen Dance Center Promotional Video

Role: Content Creator | Video Production & Editing

 

Creative Direction: Conceptualized and produced a short-form promotional video to support social media marketing and drive audience engagement

Execution:

  • Filmed and edited video content using CapCut, integrating existing footage and competition clips to enhance storytelling

  • Selected clips, music, and pacing to align with brand tone and target audience

  • Produced a polished, platform-ready video optimized for short-form engagement
