Role: Marketing Intern

 

Objective: To support brand awareness and on-site execution for GDX Development at ADS Warrior East, a closed defense industry event serving military, government, and first responder audiences

 

Execution:

  • Developed marketing and promotional assets aligned with company messaging

  • Built working knowledge of government and defense technology terminology to support prospect conversations

  • Supported event operations, including booth setup, attendee engagement, industry speaker sessions, and real-time content capture

 

Impact:

  • Contributed to a strong on-site brand presence at a large-scale, 1,500+ attendee industry event

  • Captured live event content for repurposing into post-event marketing 

  • Strengthened understanding of B2B event marketing, logistics, and industry trends
